Some of the balloons in this kit are double layered to create unique colour tones. Double layering is when you have one coloured balloon inside a different coloured balloon to create an opaque, professional looking balloon.

We recommend that you make the balloon garland as close to the event as possible, but it can last for days and sometimes weeks depending on conditions.

Supervision around children at all times is required, as deflated balloons can be a choking hazard.
